Shipping policy
All products are custom printed and fulfilled on demand by our production partner, Gelato. Please allow time for order processing, production, and delivery.
Order Processing Once your order is placed, we process and submit it to our fulfilment partner. This typically takes 1–2 business days but may occasionally take a little longer.
Production Time Once submitted, orders typically take 2–5 business days to produce before dispatch.
Delivery Arrangements Once production is complete, a delivery partner is selected and your order is prepared for dispatch. This stage typically takes an additional 1–2 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
- 🇪🇺 Europe: 3–7 business days
- 🇺🇸 United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- 🌍 Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Total delivery time = processing + production + delivery arrangements + shipping time.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by us.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. carrier delays, customs processing).
