Refund policy

All products in our store are custom printed on demand especially for you. Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection — please check our size guides carefully before ordering.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was shown, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at merch.designs@itstarservices.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the fault or damage

We will review your claim and arrange a free reprint or full refund — no need to return the item.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner.
